Why do I need a Will?
Everyone with assets of any sort should have a Will – it’s that simple.
Many of us go through life assuming that our loved ones will automatically inherit everything upon our death, not realising that this may be very far from the truth if we don’t make a Will.

If you die without a will …
If you die without a Will (dying ‘Intestate’) your assets will pass via the Rules of Intestacy set out by the Government; which may see your spouse being forced to sell the family home, or your unmarried partner having to take your estate to Court, and your loved ones struggling financially for months if not years until your estate is sorted – something you would never want them to go through.
